Hi,
I'm changing from AOL E-mail to Blueyonder e-mail and
my wife has noticed that she can't change the font or add emoticons in the Blueyonder e-mail. Is there a way to do this?

I use Blueyonder/Virgin but run it through Outlook or Mail on my Mac, occasionally when I'm away I have logged on through the web but have found the Blueyonder/virgin email pages are really poor, often slow and with little ability to do anything but basic email messaging. I suggest setting up Outlook or similar.

Please don't bother using VM webmail, I used to work for them, it is run on the sttiest servers lying round. Mails disappearing etc is not uncommon.

Outlook, Thunderbird, Incredimail is the way to go.
