Damsel in distress - my boxster won't start!

Can anyone help. Drove my elderly aunt over a pebble car park down on the coast - quite bumpy. After dropping her off, I went to start the car and it wouldn't start - all the lights came on, battery fully charged - won't bump start - it's almost as if the immobiliser has kicked in, but the doors are locking / unlocking ok. Had to be transported home by greenflag associated garage (who didn't even know where the engine was on a boxster) The same thing happened about 3 years ago, and I think it was the fuse. Anyone got any ideas? Last thing I want to do is have it transported to AFN chiswick and get ripped off (as per usual)!!
Check fuse B8 and C1 in the fuse box. I believe its located in the drivers footwell? These look like the two most likely problem fuses.
ETA:Does the car turn over but not start?
Just realised it could be a fuel cut off switch. Look under driver and passenger seats and see if there is a little floor mounted button as it were near the front of the seats.If you have the manual have a look and see if there is anything listed.

Is it damp under the passenger seat? May be a blockage of the roof drainage pipes, leading to water soaking the carpet under the seat where the Alarm Control Unit is. If this gets wet, your car may not start.
If the passnger seat is damp aswell it may not be rain....it may be leaking elderly aunt, especially after the bumps......Does it now smell of old person too?????
