Noticed several interesting cars whilst on the M40 today ... between Warwick & Oxford
Going northbound around 2-3pm ...
- Dark Bronze V8V
- Black Vanquish (new shape)
- Red California T
- Yellow Lotus Esprit
Going Southbound around 6.30pm ...
- Orange Aventador
Nice to see people enjoying their cars in the sunshine.

Good luck with that!
Luck. You know what they say. The more You practice, the luckier you get. And that is a beautiful car. Nice to see it being driven and appreciated.

(And if you look closely you'll see that barrier is fixed into the ground, I did not place it there in order to take 2 spaces!)
He used to carry two small cones in his car that he'd place in the two spaces either side of his car when he parked up to avoid such door collision problems
As time went by, the building became busier and busier and the spaces became less available, so his coning practice became looked down upon by other parkers, and most days he'd come out to find one of both of the cones on the roof of his car and the spaces being used
This practice, I assume, he continued when he went shopping, to the bank etc, and his car, over the years attracted a number of 'keyings'
I remember him telling me that it was because people were jealous of his car, and wouldn't listen when I suggested it was probably to do with him taking three spaces. Unfortuntely, the British mentality is one of resentment for people that do well, and taking several spaces or obvious acts of 'I'm better than you' attract acts of vandalism
True story
Btw, I'm not saying that the Lovely orange Mcl is parked in that manner as the OP has said that it isn't, I just saw this as an opportune moment for that story
