I think it could have been PHer, Maff as the number plate ended with 'MAT' - I'll admit I'm making a massive assumption on that!

ETA: It was PHer Maff I've just discovered.

Thinking about it I've driven around South Lincolnshire, and Boston inparticular, quite a lot in the last decade or so. I can't think I've seen any definite 'supercar' there. Things of interest for sure (rare/obscure/forgotten cars), a few 911s and maybe R8s, but nothing more exotic.

I wasn't insulating that but when I have been in the Boston area (albeit the odd fleeting visit) I haven't seen anything too exotic. It's a shame you weren't able to get a picture.

I saw a silver Toyota Celica this afternoon in Wingerworth, Chesterfield - it sported a subtle red PH sticker on the rear bumper.

Not sure if the high st is suitable,maybe one of the supermarkets car parks or the retail park?

Drive out maybe Warwick/Stratford (Not racing) and a stop at pub for coffee/refreshments/food and a chat.
