I have a PDF price list which I want to edit. I have acrobat 5.
Basicly I have a retail price list from June 2007 and want to change the text to 2008, remove the retail wording and replace with trade details, and change the prices from retail to trade.
How o How do I edit it. I cant seem to find any clues in acrobat

Do you have a a full version of Acrobat or just the reader?

Acrobat Reader will not let you edit text.

You can't edit using Acrobat Reader; you'll need an editor. I think there are freeware proograms out there which allow pdf editing - try googling.

Alternatively, download a free 30 day trial program if your edit is a one off or buy a copy if its use is required for longer..wink

I have full acrobat.
I have googled a few editors but there are so many, I was hoping someone would recommend one that they knows works.

Then you should be able to edit the document - unless it has been locked ?

Whilst I use a [very] old version of Acrobat, the text editor is accessed via the large capital 'T' on the toolbar.

Latest version is not so simple to use, text editing is easy to find under the Advanced Editing menu.

Took me a while to figure out how to change properties for new text.
