I'm thinking about some suspension mods for the Monaro (VZ CV8). A bit far to send it to Monkfish lol and I'm sure there are people here with packs, but can anyone tell me what the Monkfish pack includes? Also any thoughts on the results?
I want to lower mine slightly and tighten it up (bushes etc)

As far as I remember it involves replacing rubber bushes with poly ones to firm things up, and their own wheel alignment settings to give better tyre wear and feedback to the driver. Whole pac improves handling dramatically. Sure Monkfish themselves will be along shortly to elaborate.

I had the Monkfish RRP fitted to mine along with there uprated springs, huge improvement over the stock setup.

Had the RRP fitted last week to a VT II with a standard suspension set-up - huge improvement to steering feel and turn-in. I would describe the car as feeling tighter, more precise and "European".

Originally thought about uprating the suspension but not so now as the set-up is a good compromise for daily use.

Check out our web page on the RRP. Its list the parts with photos. They are Pedders products so you should be able to get these easily over there.
