Spotted this on AutoTrader;

I would think the if the remap was done at the same time as the exhaust then 15-20 bhp may have been yielded. The airbox and filter would only give 1 or 2. I've probably over estimated those as well.

The only efficient way to get substantially more power is forced induction.

I used to have a 4 motion and remember that a remap from amd was said to be about 10bhp increase so with the exhaust and filter i would also say about 15bhp total.
With it being natrually aspirated theres not much bhp increase unless you spend loads so i would say the gti 1.8t is better for modding and its a heck of a lot cheaper to run as i was getting about 22mpg normal driving.
Also the 4 motion is very heavy at the front so understeers alot.
