Anyone got any experience of these guys? Have finally lost patience with the useless clueless muppets at fast****s!

They seem to offer a very good deal price wise, but level of service is moderately important....

No experience of those guys, but if you want cheap prices and good service then I'd rate Register1

Run by a PHer too!

Yup, spoken to Jamie at Register1 and I'll be using his services, I just need a cheap reliable host to recommend to someone else (now that I've built their website for them).

Good question - just intrigued about hostpapa as they claim to offer unlimited hosting, unlimited domains, unlimited data transfer and no set-up fees, all for £4.99 pm

;) well.. come on.. show me where I can buy one of those unlimited hdds for my servers, and I'll install 6 of them (RAID10!)

;) if it looks too good to be true.. what do you really think it is smile

do you NEED unlimited disk space?
do you NEED unlimited data transfer?

If you do NEED it, then you'll be earning £x0k a month in advertising already anyway.. so paying for decent hosting wont be an issue..

Just stick to what you know is sustainable..

Thankfully these stupid unlimited offers will very soon be illegal.

HostPapa have their hosting in the US, which means slower page loads, much slower transfer rates and an overall more latent experience.
