Sorry guys but this really has annoyed me!!!

Just been out for a few beers in the local with a few mates, and have been subjected to some real finger pointing.

Most fingers have been really cool....you've just got a cerbera, love it, nice colour, sounds fantastic, can I have a go? How fast is it, whats the 0-60, how much,
all the usual stuff.

However............one person(sex excluded, but it doesn't have balls), came striding across the bar, and said to me, you're the one with the noisy car aren't you?

Yep, was my reply....."Well, can you keep the f****ng noise down in the morning" it said to me, well as you can imagine, I was a bit surprised by this as I don't use the car in the early hours, and even if I do I'm really careful about noise, i.e start, quick warm up, and off I go.....and so it goes on, which I tryed to explain.

Off I went for a few more beers with the lads, but no, I'd got a terrier attached, "Can't you get it fixed?, she sqwaked"

Yes I think so, but I'm not sure you'll like the outcome...

So, what happens now guys???? Do I start moaning about her barking dog, or her crappy 2 stroke hedge trimmer at 9 on a sunday morning, or even her offensive dress sense, or do I just set fire to her front door???...

Advice please

Do all of the above!!

She needs help.

I have often used my Cerb as a noise creating device (rather than weather creating )to annoy neighbours who have woken me up early with lawn mowers power washers etc.
Childish,.... maybe. Fun ,..... you bet!!

1. Invite lots of noisy mates with equally noisy cars around for a noisy bar-b-q....regularly.

2. Post her address on PH, Sprint, Yahoo, etc, and invite other owners to undertake noisy fly pasts whenever possible.

3. Just point at her and laugh insanely (really winds 'em up).

I suggest that Mid-Essex arrange their next convoy from outside your house, 25 cars starting up together would show her how loud TVR's can be!

If a neighbour complained to me I would just rev up louder....some people just have nothing better to do but complain...clearly they were abused children!!

Nope, tell her there are easier ways of asking you out.

This is classic 'I want you to notice me' behavour. The girl fancies you.

Jealousy my friend, I get it all the time and I in their faces, that really winds them up then I set all their car alarms off at 3 in the morning!! Since I've had my Cerbera I don't get a parking space near my house anymore so I rev the sh*t out of it when I come home late and wake em' all up!!

P.S. crazycats, take her out for a spin in it and scare the crap outta her!

Start a war.
Tell her to stop dog barking to not use hedle trimmers to early etc...
Always let it pop n bang in first gear as you go past her house.
Get a new job that means getting up a 5 am so you have to wake them early!
sports pipes, de-cat.....
In fact - buy all your neighbours a cerbera

Yeah, but you're probably not a small minded jealous person. I get a lot of comments driving mine from jealous idiots and from some people you can almost feel the hate! Shame that some people are like that really, very sad indeed.

Its happened to me.

Fell out with our neighbours for other reasons.

But once I revved my Cerbera up (Sat 3pm ish) as I'd just been tweaking...

The next day, the neighbour (looks like Bobby Ball by the way), came home from work & revved his Shitty 318 whilst smirking to his wife.

The fact that he'd rather do this than have the bollox to ask if I could keep the noise down really wound me up.

Rock on Tommy.

Pathetic.

I continually have wars with my neighbours - but not about noise - they seem to take pleaseure in parking across my garage on my driveway. A clamp soon stopped that. I came home one night last year to find one of them in my garden with a chainsaw cutting down my cherry tree! I shan't mention the retribution taken so you don't think me a psycho!

At least yours speaks English! Bedford really is an armpit.

Do you know anyone you can borrow a big old Wedge from for a few days - that'll give her something to moan about.

Some 2@ near me has a couple of mini's - he is always out fixing, bodging and welding bits to it. I was washing my cerb next to his minis and he came out for a chat. I mentioned I had just got back from Le Mans and the the TVRs didn't finish. He laughed gave a few grating comments about plastic kit-cars and said I had to be mad to buy such an unreliable odd looking car (odd!?!). I bit my lip and ignored it. Everytime I drive past his two heaps both the alarms go off which I find highly amusing. He came over and had a whinge. I said I didn't mean to upset him but I thought he was being a little 'optimistic' if he thought anyone was going to try and steal either of these two 'design icons' (to use his words).

Let them moan and whinge as they can do nothing about it whatsoever!
