"Grey" door handle touch up L322??

I have some scratches and scuffs on some of the exterior door handles on my RR Vogue (03)
I've been to my local independant specialist and I think they said the colour is called "Benzine" or something like that.
They have told me that Land Rovers attitude is basically it shouldn't need touching up, but if it does then replace the whole part.
I wondered as the colour of the handles (which also includes side vents headlight wipers bonnet vent) is a painted finish then a touch up pen could be obtainable.
Has anyone had the same problem and rectified it by means of a touch up?
Any thoughts welcome, Thanks.

Apologies, I have no response to your query but it set my wondering whether these replacements would fall under a warranty claim
