Hi,

I'd be keen on hearing your thoughts on the day and how you enjoyed it.

Please let me know if possible.

Cheers,

Silver E30 M3...?

Had a great time. 20 year old car and still one of the quickest on track that day. I know the track very well so that helps.

Trackfun.co.uk are a good bunch and their days are always friendly and fun.

Well, hello Brian!

Any mods to the M3? What sort of grunt does the German beastie have?

It was only our 2nd time at Goodwood (2nd trackday anywhere for that matter!) and we had a great time.

We also thought Trackfun were very good too.

Cheers,

Jason.

Hi Jason,

What were you driving?

M3 is reasonably standard. It gets its speed from the fact that I do not have to worry about getting to work in it. Use it generally just on track days.

If it was my only car....I probably would not do trackdays.

Only do trackfun days a couple of times a year, but have been doing them forv 3 or four years.

I live less than 10 minites from Goodwood.

kind regards

Brian.

Greetings :-)

Looks like you've got a tasty exhaust on the M3? Always liked the E30 M3, especially in race spec.

My wife and I were in our red E28 M535i. We had a great time and my wife had a couple of sessions with one of the Mithril instructors which was great.

We are doing another day at Goodwood in August, how about you?

Cheers,

Jason.

I've got some photos of you two.

You were very fast.

email your email address to zz000mmbmw@yahoo.com deleting bmw from the email address (its a spam prevension measure) and I will email you the photos in high res. I've uploaded low res to http://www.flickr.com/photos/mccarey/

Is the August date a Trackfun day?

Kind regards

Brian.

Great :-)

Thanks for the photos!

I have e-mailed Chris @ Mithril and he tells me August 16(?) is a possibility. If that's the case i think we'll be there.

There is also a TD run by Easytrack on the 30th of Aug. We are provisionally booked on that one at the moment. If they don't get back to me a a day or so I'll book the TrackFun at the first opportunity.

Thanks for the nice words too - I must get some instruction like my Mrs though (can't have her being faster now! LOL)Cheers,

Jason.
