Only in so much as I've had similar problems, albeit on a TDCi which are more prone to injector problems with the Common Rail fuelling
Fuelling goes a bit wonky, and if you leave it you'll end up having to fork out for new injectors. In my case they were £250 each fitted, x4. So you can imagine the sort of bill you're looking at
Your best bet really is get it on the diag, injectors can be recoded and you might get away with it
