As above really ... I am missing disk 3 of 4, which causes me a problem, as I have a lovely workstation sitting here, not being used.

Does anyone have a copy of that disc they could send me? Pretty please ... There will be something in it for whoever does ...

Also, missing Premium upgrade to 2.3 ... I have the licenses so that isn't the issue, just the flipping installer ...

Cheers

If you have the licences, can you not request downloads from Adobe?

You can, but for a small fee apparently. Whilst the cost isn't the issue, the fact that my proof of purchase clearly states US$ might be an issue!

Speaking of which, I want to upgrade to 3.3 Design Premium, but looking at US and UK prices, the UK prices are twice what our US cousins are paying.

In speaking to Adobe, they say that I won't get the support as it will be a US serial number. Is this such an issue?

For me, no.
My last job i(n a Design & Dev. dept.) extended to talking through a licencing issue with Adobe a few times.
Unless it's a major problem, they refer you to the online troubleshooting.
In essence, unless you have major problems, as long as you can read their website all the support is there.
The Adobe forums are a great source of info as well! thumbup
Just FYI we bought our copies of CS3 from here-
Clicky
And found them pretty good to deal with. I have a name as well if you want. smile

Cheers Luke.

The site isn't working at the moment, either my flaky connection or something else.

I shall have a look tomorrow if I get a chance.

No problem at all smile
I'm sure they can handle upgrading products as well.
I wouldn't bother with the site much, easiest to speak to them on the phone.
