Good indie around Stratford upon Avon or SE Notts

My local BMW indie in Loughborough (you work it out, there aren't that many 'specialists') let me down miserably last week - I dropped the car off at 10am as arranged earlier in the week, went to collect it at 5:30 as arranged and got "sorry, but we've not finished"
me - "whats not finished mean"
BMW = "err, dunno, think we're waiting for a part"
me - "which part is that then"
BMW - "the oil filter"
me - "oh, so most of the Inspection 1 hasn't been done then"
BMW "err, no"
me - "has it been on diagnostics"
BMW - "no"
me - "have you found the fault I asked about"
BMW = "no, its not been on the diag"
me - "so just how much of it is finished then"
BMW - "dunno, the guys gone home"

I'm livid that they had the car all day, knew I needed it that night, and didn't phone me to let me know it wasn't going to be serviced, let alone the problem fixed.
So now I'll take my business elsewhere.

Does anyone know a BMW indie either near where I work in Stratford upon Avon
or near where I live in Kegworth

Your help would be much appreciated chaps, because these clots in Loughborough really don't deserve my business.

Autotech in Warwick is a great indie - been using Anthony there for a couple of years. Not necessarily ideal if you want to be in Stratford, though.
