E92 M3 Problems

When i go from lock to lock (either 3 point turn, U turn, or parking) it feels as though the power steering momentarily switches off and the steering wheel comes to a halt, then the power steering suddenly kicks back in and allows me to turn it easily again.

Any body else any experience of this?

Mine has just come back from its third ashtray fitting (keeps sticking) and some panel adjustment around the bonnet.

I also had problems with the glovebox sticking but can't seem to replicate it in front of the mechanics.
