Help!! Shogun Sport Clutch Problem.

I have got a problem with my 2003 Shogun sport 2.5td. Changed gear and when I released the clutch pedal nothing happened. It was like my foot was still fully down on the pedal. Does this sound like clutch failure or something more serious? If the later, does anyone want to buy a kidney?
