has any LS7s shown the ugly side in the UK of the well documented problem.

think its engine builds from jan07 to june07

Those chevy engines are just soooo unreliable.

Perhaps you should think about an engine swap to a great English designed and built engine.

and another benefit people cant give them away so also a cheaper option

Have you a link to this as it's news to me? That said GM do seem to skimp once a product's been a success.

Some were and the stock rods were not so good apart from being light, ran a different set of rockers yella terra or Lerman sharp, manly are good and wont break the bank if your concerned.

of course mate... but its a fair turn around when an IT consultant is informing an engine builder whats going on in the world of engine internal issues hehehehe just kidding...here ya go

^ Thanks for that. I once found ls1 needle bearings in the sump so it's happened before. I don't think it's all that big an issue so will get sorted soon enough. Probably a quality control thing.

As an aside I don't have the time to read all the lsx based forums, there can be a lot of chat which isn't really all that useful if you know what I mean smile I here about some stuff on here form those IT bodssmile
