I know we are in the minority, but how many of you are out there? For information I have just put 17" wheels on my car from a 4.5 cerb and they look the business.

Best not talk about my one at the moment

Mines a 99 Speed Six with:
Mach 3 chassis
2002 Suspension setup and gear
New style integrated headlights.
Fully rebuilt 2003 spec engine (which just broke again !)
Tuscan cross drilled brakes.
Lightweight bonnet (ala 4.5LW).

..and nearly 30,000 miles on the clock !!

Yep me to, no real preference on engines chose mine because of spec.
Mercedes brilliant siver.
black leather interior with siver stiching
dark tinted windows
brushed alli dash
18" spiders
upgrades brakes
nitron suspension
3" polished sports exaust system

Finger followers done at 9k. Back at TVR power at the moment for valve guides.

Cant wait to get it back.

Have owned mine for three months now, lovely car !!! Subaru Blue with Mag interior, no upgrades, 16k on the clock. A few minor teething problems (see car summary) which have been promtly dealt with by the dealer.

Bit miffed this morning as some complete ar5e has scrapped the back of my car whilst parking behind me. Left a note on the car in question (though I'm not sure if it was them) asking them if they would like to contact me to talk about the damage. Took a few photo's of how close they had parked to my car and of the damage caused.

Was planning to get a sports exhaust system fitted soon but that will have to go on hold until I get this repaired now.

Any advice on how to progress this?

Had my S6 (1999) for just about 10 months now , one engine rebuild a new clutch the most costly bills so far. Still scaring the sh** out of me!! But check my no. plate – S6 CER pretty cool eh?

Still got some little bits & pieces to do before perfect.

I'm belatedly here too!

I've had my S6 from new since June 1999. Halcyon Hebrides (metallic black) with ACT sports exhaust, front and rear TVR light conversions and colour coded 16" spiders. I just need to have the windows smoked and then it's done for another few years...

Approx 22k miles now and the engine hasn't blown up just yet.

Yes, I've spent a fair amount on it in some years and have been close to getting rid of it a number of times because of the waves of bills it has sometimes hit me with. Having finally moved from a main dealer to APM about 9 months ago, I see this being much less of an issue going forward. Why, oh why, didn't I make the switch the moment the factory warranty expired?!

However, I love the drive, the sound, the look, the stir it causes when you drive past a beer garden on a warm summer's evening and ease off the throttle...oh, and the wicked way it has with car alarms!

I've lost count of the times my wife has caught me standing outside just admiring it.

Cheers,
Graham

Saw yours at APM the week before last. The paint looked fab - one of the cleanest looking I have seen. Get some 18s though!!!!

I have 18" spiders on my cerb with nitrons. If your two up and drive fairly hard out of bends i still get slight tyre rub. Not sure if thats the norm but hey' that rubber smell aint narf nice.

There may not be that much difference, but as I already get noises from the passenger seat about car sickness, I don't want to make things worse.

I think a standard Cerbie on 16's still looks LOVELY anyway!
