Architect required, Benfleet essex

Can anybody recommend a good architect in the Benfleet area in Essex?

I want to build a large Garage to the side of our house and need someone reliable to come up with a decent design and plans etc and carry out the planning approval process for me.

Yep guys name is Rob Parrish, lives in Benfleet. Just did all my plans for a side extension, and he is a Top bloke. very good, delt with the local council for me and got put through a bigger extension that I thought I would. 07759239490

His fee was £450 and no VAT, so you will save 17.5%

If you want a builder I can also recomend a good Local company to you too, guys name is Kevin Oneill, again, no VAT to pay. He is a small company, but I trust him and his staff in my house without me there all day. 07799790578 or 01268758118

Thats good to know, thinking of a garage extension or possible complete new garage at the bottom of the garden in benfleet too.
