If you are not driving it on the road it doesn't need any of them. You may want some insurance to cover driving into the kitty litter at 60mph though. I believe that on a track your insurance will only cover you. I.e. if you cause someone else to write off their car your insurance won't pay for that, their insurance has to pay for it. Strange but apparently true.
Don't forget to inform the DVLC (or C, whatever) and get a refund on the remaining road tax. That way if you want to put it back on the road they are aware that it has been off it. Check out the website for more details
