Discovery and Moto X bikes.

I'm thinking of getting an old (94-98)Land Rover discovery to take my childrens Moto X bikes out of a weekend. Do the rear (front facing) seats in a Discovery fold down completely flat? and will it accomodate a Kawasaki KX85? (Its 4 feet high by 6 foot length). Appreciate a trailer is the ultimate answer but wondering if the Discovery would take the kids bikes. Any advice/feedback much appreciated. Thanks.

Just sold my old disco so can't get the tape measure out, however I can tell you the middle row seats fold down then forward so not completely flat and they do take away some of the length of the loadspace when folded.
I would guess you'll be pushing it at 6ft but you might wrestle it in with the front wheel turned maybe.
You'd definitely be pushing it with 2.
Get a trailer.

Thanks Baz. 1 of the bikes is a small KTM, so maybe it will work. Probably right about just getting a trailer. Thanks man.

throw the little ktm in the back and the kx on a dave cooper bike rack mate,
used a dave cooper rack on my bmw touring with a sxf250 ktm on it no problems!
