i think it will need to be a lot cheaper to make the aggro of fitting it a bit less painful.

smaller, lighter, more torque, off shelf bits developed for mating gearbox choices, CHEAPER and NEW
£5740 turnkey into UK (ECM, Pump kit, Aircon, Alternator, starter, MSD225fuel pump, sensors and wiring loom. etc etc)

thats just my thinking IMO and if it was half the asking price i would still have to think.

That'll be a 2006 modern 100bhp/1000cc 8250 rpm beautiful V10 all aluminium boat anchor.(OOOOOOOOOOOPPS).

As for the price look at the advert ( I don't want to get told off for selling on the forum again)

All joking aside, This engine is the dogs! I can also have the chassis the chassis changed to take this package without too much time or effort?

Cheers Pee

Bless you all for being so loyal, but I think you have all missed the point, This V10 is something special and not just another chevy. The quality and technology of the BMW V10 is amazing putting most modern engines in the shade. If anybody is worried about the thought of fitting it, don't. This is not a problem!

This is just an evolution, a chance to have something different, something very special!!! You know it make sense.

Love you all

Yes all of the above,

It's out of the 2006 BMW M5 with less than 20,000 miles on it.

Not too bad, just every bit of it had a dent or scratch++++ but they would have walked away no probs.

Last one of Ebay (that I noticed) went for just over £3k.

It was out of a 6 month old car and came with gearbox.

I think you're waaaaaay overprice!

Nope... just sharing some info that may (or may not) be of assistance to potential buyers.

I've never seen an 'M' lump making particularly good money.

Good luck with the sale!

Pee - you seem to have missed the point of the other thread.

When I said put it in the classifieds, I meant put it in there and LET PEOPLE FIND IT - NOT, TO SPAM THE FORUMS AS YOU HAVE JUST DONE.

Kapische?

Hey Scotty-boy

If you can get the new M5 V10 for that sort of money I'll have 10 of them! The cheapest I have seen them for is £10k in Germany.

I didn't say I could 'get them'.

I said that the 'last one I saw' (which was on Ebay) went for a lot less than what you are asking.

I'll also repeat 'good luck with the sale'.

Maybe that clears things up for you!

its just a costly way to be different for no apparant real gains/benefit over an LS. (or please explain - apart from an oww errr its a V10 factor)
but theres always somebody for something

PS - What are you going to do with 10 of them????

You couldn't even make use of the one you "keep on stubbing your toes on".
