Courtsey light/automatic window lowering microswitch

Hi, does anyone know where this is on a 1994 M3 pls?
Drivers side does not work.

It's on the latch on the pillar - there's a little microswitch there.

Thats on the later models the earlier one hasnt got it there.

The window lowering microswitch is on the back of the door lock/latch in the door itself, well it was on my old 93 M3.
