Ford KA bumpers

Hi there, my wife's fine motor which is a Ka on a 55 plate, base model but has the grey bumpers on it. On the rear bumper there are some almost like bleach marks on it as if they have come out of the rear washer, does any one know how to get rid of these and also how to stop the door mirror plastics fading due to sunlight.

Would be grateful for some guidance.

You can never stop the fade but try 'Back to Black' it usually works. Yes I know the bumpers are grey but the stuff is badly named. It's actually clear silicon spray, fills in all the white bits and makes it grey again.
