Medway "Posh Car Meet" - Thursday 18th September?

Hi all,

You may remember we held a "Medway Posh Car Meet" at the Hungry Fox Pub, near the Savacentre in Hempstead, Kent about 5 or 6 weeks ago?

Well....back by popular demand I hope to hold another one Thursday week (that's the 18th).

Of course weather is now getting colder and chances of rain slightly higher, so doing it sooner rather than later would probably be a good idea.

I'm posting today to gauge the interest, if people would like to do it again ?

For those of you who aren't aware, we held a meeting of many different marques of car just of J4 of the M2 one evening. We had TVR's (Tuscan,Cerbera,ChaimeraGriffith), Lotus' (340R's,Elise'), Caterham's (Duratec,R500....), Porsche (993RS...) Westfield, and the night was thoroughly loved by all, especially because of the range of cars present. We had 29 cars in total turn up from all over the south-east (not just Medway Towns, or even Kent!).

Hi Tony, really enjoyed the last one, so will try and round up the Bexley posse one more time. It would be nice if some other peeps displayed their hardware this time. Very well supported by Lotus Caterham and TVR but unless I didnt see, I can remember only one Porsche and apologies to anyone else who did come along but I dont recall seeing too many other marques represented.
Oh yeah I do remember Westfield, my mind was probably fogged by the attentions of madame Stella (ok cos hubby was driving)

Di - I know what you mean about different Marques. Though a great night, it did really seem to be TVR's Lotus' and Caterhams. Dont get me wrong, enjoyed seeing all those marques - but I had on my list a far more varied selection !!!

SO....anyone else, regardless of car, who wants to come along - give me a shout !!!
