I asked a guy i know about this and he saked me what model unit is it? Ill try and get his phone number for you. He can do some models,hopefully thats the one you have.
Audi can't help as the serial number has been removed and even doesn't show on the screen temporarily which it suppose to do. (RS246.com forum) Audi need the serial number to get the code.

Ask the last legal owner, I'm sure they'd be happy to oblige.
I cannot find/ contact the last 'legal' owner of the unit as it was purchased on ebay!! The selleer is not making contact with my deluge of emails/messages.
