Is there an LSD for the 320d?
Discussion
Sorry given you duff info there, the 330i manual has the same final drive as a 320d auto.
I have uploaded the E90 spec sheet for you to http://www.zen104526.zen.co.uk/BMW/E90%20specs.pdf
Have a look at the final drive ratios and compare them, one should be pretty close, you may have to go up a bit though?
The 330d auto would fit on your manual, would give you slightly more acceleration but rev a little higher on the motrorway.

Speak to these guys, a Quaife ATB diff should be available to be used in a 320d.

Definitely, I am currently in an E91 320d wich is tuned to about 220bhp and an LSD would be of great benifit, tuned it is as quick as a 330d because it is lighter and no one would ever doubt that an LSD on that would benefit the car.
I reckon with a better air intake, a better exhaust system and a custom map the new 320d could easily see 240bhp, at that point an LSD would be a great addition.

I'm in Portugal so Diesel is much cheaper than Petrol.
And also you pay an enormous road, council and emission tax for any car bigger than 2 litres.
My goal was to make it a bit more sideways friendly... I guess I'll just have to rely on the Diesel Engine torque and narrower tyres.
I'm open for ideas
Thanks for everybody pitching in! The real challeng here is that the car has to be an E46 or E90 320d manual gearbox, so advice to get a different model I can completely understand (I would give the same advice as well) but in this case the options of a different model are not available.
