Any Ideas?

I've taken the electrical connector off the front of the engine and there is no oil in that, I've changed the afm ( it has an appetite for them) and checked the air filter?

Take the red plug off the ecu. That is where the oil goes and causes issues.

It will be under the seat if a Defender and under the bonnet if a disco.

Ta, whipped the ecu out. Its got a red plug and a black plug. neither of them seem to have any oil contamination.

I've also taken the turbo pipe from turbo to intercooler off and that looks fine no de lamination or holes ...

I've even dismantled the air box to see if there is any blockage in there... couple of small leaves but nothing big...

the search goes on

Is the EGR valve blocked off G?

What did JE do to it, is it just an intercooler+ chip, or anything else?

Do you know what the fuel pressure is like, and are the injectors leaking?

I'll have a word with the LR guys here this afternoon.

Cheers,
Pete

EGR valve is in place and has been cleaned. its a JE stage 2 which i think was just ecu and intercooler ( stage one was just chip)

no idea on fuel pressure, and I havent had the rocker cover off to look at the injectors yet !!!

I was thinking leaking into the cylinder, not into the oil (fuel in oil is a disco 1 thing I think....)
