I'm curious to know, given the V5 debate in another thread, where you would put your hard earned if you were going to buy a V5 Honda.

I've voted for the RC30/45 option as it might be a little more 'special' than being put in a blade (which is already a developing / accomplished IL4 model)...I reckon the price would be a little more than £12-14k though, but I'm sure it would still get sales on the back of the 'RC' pedigree being perhaps a little more race/track orientated* than the blade.

  • I refuse to use the Americanism 'oriented' that has crept into use over here...a vile vile bdisation of the English language I tell you! biggrin

I voted for the Blackbird replacement because (since were using bullits)

  • Its about time Honda took the Super Mental In Your Face Nutter bd Tourer title away from the Busa
  • I would think that this engine would be too heavy for a scratcher but I could be wrong - anyone know what is weighs?

Doubtful, given that it's developed from a GP bike, which aren't exactly renowned for being lardy.

i voted the same, i would be happy to pay a little more for a RC30/RC45 style bike over a Fireblade, i would not spend £20k or more on a Moto GP bike for the road though.
