Who's with me ? Starting Monday ?

I know it's not 'proper' exercise but it might inspire some of us to go on to chase better fitness. Besides it'll be a larf.

I've got a bit lazy of late, my mountain biking has turned into taking the train to the top of a hill and bombing down without hardly turning the pedals.

C'mon who's in ?

Was regularly doing 60 at a time daily a couple of months ago until i did my shoulder in hoisting a rather heavy engine block off the ground...i am a silly sod, put me back months. frown

I remember a bloke on a Natural Bodybuilding forum i regular on, tried this out, think he was reaching the 70 mark, until lactic acid got the better of him hehe
Best chances of someone doing this, would be a twig, the more muscle you have the trickier it will get surely.

Good luck with it! i wont be trying it biggrin

Not as young as I used to be but can now pay peple to do them if required.

Sound a bit like Max Mosely I suppose!

i do 50 a day every day have been doing so for a while now.

i recon 100 in one hit is going to be very tough though

I'm going to give this a go. I don't have time during the week to do outdoor activies I enjoy and I refuse to join the gym and become another 'pretend' fitness fantatic.

Its just knowing what to do, and this looks like a good starting point. A recent mountain bike trip on the Marin trail in North Wales left me feeling rather dead and unfit.

Just tried it. Made 60 odd and my arms feel as if they are going to burst into flames. It's a bh trying to even just type.

100 would be serious stuff. Good luck with that. Going to try it though!
