A suggestion?
If people want to do this Paul has thought of a route in:
"Could do a drive in from the Metro area where there is plenty of parking, run into Newcastle heading over the Redhugh Bridge, swinging back towards the Arena and down to the Newcastle Quayside to run over the low swing bridge and up to the Site. Lots of great views of the Tyne bridges but should miss any hold-ups..."
"Meet up at Toys-R-Us / Macdonalds car park for a 10.00 departure to arrive at the venue some 15 mins later."

We'll have route details to give out on the morning. Look out for Geoff Yates with his Hi-viz vest (he has a very nice spectrafair silver Tuscan convertible too..) who will have the route guides available. We've had to tweak the route slightly due to a load of ladies walking in their bra's... Normal Sunday morning in Newcastle then...  Paul

I take it you've tweaked the route to make sure you'll be driving past the ladies in their bras... I'm really sorry I can't make this event, Paul. Hello!
Just got my T350 last week and looking forward to the BNG. I'm driving up from the Leeds area on Sunday morning, It would be great to drive up in convoy if anybody else is going from the same area?

We're meeting at Woolley Edge services (Jct 39 M1) at 8-8.30 Sunday morning - if you fancy meeting up mail me and we can arrange where to meet you - or just turn up by 8.30 am at Woolley Edge on Sunday.

Rich. Hi. There's also a West Yorks group travelling up on Sunday morning, with a few of us joining at 08:15 near Murgatroyds fish and chip shop on the A658 (just before you get to Leeds Bradford Airport). It promises to be NOISEY!

Thanks for the offers guys. I'm about 15 mins from Murgatroyds so ill meet up with the West Yorkshire lot. Thanks NCC, will see you there round 8.15, i'll be in a knightfire red T350. Are you actually meeting in the Fish Shop car park??

Hi Richard and welcome to the Yorkshire run up to BNG The actual meeting point is the small bus stop/lay-by by the traffic lights but on the main road towards the airport (so you are almost outside the entrance to Billy Murgs) That way you can join straight on with us as we pass and no one gets lost as the lights change As Nick says there are 5 of us starting in Thackley so you should hear us all the way from JCT roundabout at least  The more the merrier (and the noisier) AND we can all go thru the tunnel under the runway together to wake all of Yeadon and Horsforth !! then up to meet the Tees Valley guys at scotch Corner for 9.30
