Rental Accomodation fee's

Chaps,
thought I'd seek your wisdom on this one.. Just received a note from the rental company wanting £94.00 for a renewed tenancy. Seems a little odd to me, as I paid an initial admin fee, and one months rent up front, and they want more money!
this the norm?

What does it say in your tenancy agreement and or any other bits of paper you have signed with the LA?

Im in that business and we dont charge Tenants or LL for renewals of the agreement. We do charge an initial admin fee - which you have siad you did pay.

Basically if you said to them you are not paying it what are they going to do? nothing.
