Focus RS clutch lift?

Sounds a strange question, i know..

I used to have details of the required clutch throw for this clutch bookmarked until AP changed their website. As i'm changing the gearbox and going hydraulic (RWD application, zetec turbo) I need to try and match the bits to get the right throw on the release bearing - but can't remember what throw is needed. Anyone got any info squirreled away to help?

Something in the back of my head says 15mm, but need it confirming before i start trying turn my cable pedal box into a hydro one..
