Do I Jump.............???
Discussion
After one Pajero and two Shoguns and, collectively, 230,000 miles of virtual trouble free motoring, is it time for a change? I have only been let down TWICE, and had to be trucked home, and that was a bearing that maybe I should have replaced on the Pajero before it started wobbling so much and a blown turbo oil cooler pipe!!
The only thing that lets the Shogun down is it's agricultural four pot engine and I DO like the new Disco V6 Diseasal.
Been looking at a used late model SE, or ideally HSE, but will I get the reliability of the Shogun dragging a trailer 60,000 miles per year????
Looking at a low mileage 2YO and then chopping it in within twelve months.
I've noticed one that has dropped £2K in price since I looked at it end of July!!
Your feedback appreciated!!

I did type out a big long reply, but can summarise it as:
If you get a good one, then it'll be every bit as good as a Shogun. If you get a bad one then you're in a world of hurt, mainly from the poor service offered by LR dealers in general. The good point is that at 2 years old you'll still have warranty, which is vital for a Landrover.
