The wire mesh in my tas is old and rusty, before i buy a whole sheet of stainless mesh, does any one have the details of a supplier who will let me have a 100 x 40 cm section?
if not i may be offering some stainless cheap in a few week time.

Best thing would be to try a local fabricating shop, they might have an off-cut.
Just checked the workshop and i have nothing that size sorry.

Otherwise check out : www.decorativemesh.co.uk/handmadestainless.htm (no connection, usual disclaimers, just found them whilst surfing)

when I was replacing the mesh on mine, I spoke to a few dealers who all advised me that B & Q was as good a place as any.
Too small holes will block up easily, and could reduce air flow, and too large will allow stones in.

I bought a sheet of rabbit hutch grill for £1.99. its galvanised, and has a mesh about 1cm square.
