Sprocket manufacturers???
Discussion
Years ago there was always somebody advertising they made sprockets, in the back of most bike mags, made to pattern, drawing, template etc, but now I want one made I can't find anybody anywhere on the web. Anybody know anywhere that can do bike sprockets to order for a reasonable price?
I'm planning to get a smaller one made for the back of my Harley, as it vibrates like a jack hammer at 60mph, 3000rpm. I reckon about five less teeth on the back should see me hitting 70 before my fillings start falling out.

The Renthall factory (used by B&C) is somewhere in Stockport, Bredbury perhaps (memory). Maybe you can deal with the factory direct and avoid problems going through middle man? Ah, found it....

Thanks, I'll give these guys a call, see what they say. Sounds a bit iffy going through B&C if they have that reputation.RENTHAL LTD.

Don't Harleys have a belt drive and therefore use a pulley, rather than a sprocket?
The model after mine did, rubber band power. Mines definitely a chain.Busamav said:
