being a new owner, could someone tell me where can I get my parts from ? (instead of going through TVR)

I've just bought a 1985/C reg. 350i & it needs some bits:

1 - new brakes - disck / pads/ handbrake(on board discks & pads)
2 - interior - switch/radio console (wooden dash part)
3 - exhaust system
4 - pull handle on drivers door to close it from the inside
5 - windscreen
6 - track control arms

I am aware trhat the wedges are a mish mash of various cars, but which cars are where ????

Is there a CD ROM with parts, numbers & description available - or even a hand book on the car ?????

Please help !!!!!!!!!!

If it NEEDS all those bits, I hope it was cheap.

Do you have a copy of the Steve Heaths Wedge Bible? If not you'll find it very useful:

OK... the windscreen and exhaust system are specific to the car, but available easily enough (if not cheaply). Do an internet search for the pipes (or ask for recommendations on here); Autoglass can do the screen.
Front brakes are Ford Granada Mk.2, interior door handle is TR7 from memory, may also be Austin Princess/ Ambassador.
Rear brakes are Jaguar XJ6. The handbrake pads are hellishly expensive for what they are.
Track control arms would be part of the rack, usually: it could be one of several. Track rod ends would normally be Cortina.
The tricky bit is the console panel, but since the Tasmin Challenge race series started, there are more spares lying around than there used to be. Try Moore Racing, they strip and race-prep the cars and have bits for sale.

Wedg1e's hit the nail on the head. Richard at Moore Racing is very helpful. The Wedgepages sight has info on brake stuff but the best bit is Steve Heaths book (there was one on here FOC). Try Tower View Race Services as a TVR specialist who always seem friendly and honest guys.GB
