Just took a "longcut" on the way home from Edinburgh and thought you might like to see how our summer is up in the far North. I've absolutely no doubt we will pay for the glorious weather we have had this summer by being blown away in winter but we're used to it!

Car looks far to clean for Scotland! Whenever I go there it rains!! although once it was sunny for a day and the roads... woohoo

Beautiful pics. Lovely place, Lovely car. Lucky B**ger. I'm back in Wales and although its not raining at this moment its been nasty. It was the same in the mids when we left. Still rather be in Wales

Thanks for the comments Bonnie. Wales is nice too for good driving roads and scenery for sure. Just wish the fuel wasn't so expensive so I could do the "fun drives" driving more often. 25mpg for the round trip so can't complain too much but we are being screwed by about 10p per litre more than our Southern neighbours and the fuel is on our doorstep!mad

I dont know if you thought i ment i'd rather be in Wales than Scotland. I did'nt, i ment rather be in Wales than the mids.(god i'm so dizzy) If i've just typed a big pile of cack take no notice. (damn i wish i had'nt bleached my rootssilly) Loggin offpaperbag
