What to do? Change again!
Discussion
Oops, put this is general when it should be here!!
Well it's that time again...had the current steed about 3 weeks now (335i) and am a converted BMW fan...
Started on my mad car splash some 16/17 months ago when I opted for an RS4 instead of an M5, but having had this 335i and a 535d some months ago, I'm hankering after the M5..
Seeing them at prices of £30k before haggling, I'm seriously tempted..
Am I once again being plain stupid to change or is it an experience I must try? The RS4 experience was super but something in me feels like I'm missing out not having had an M car yet...
Other thing for consideration is, should I get one of the BMW select deals so I can have a GFV on the car?
Never had car finance before so no idea what it would cost but I'm reluctant to keep tying up my cash in cars when a monthly payment would be easy enough to manage...and to release more cash for the wife would be a sweetener for me to change car once again!!
Any thoughts welcome before the at a dealers..

Firstly get some BMW PCP Select quotes, I'd assume your going for a 3 year deal and I'd assume that given that BMW will offer 50% so a max of £15k maybe £12k and give you the speil that they want you to build up equity in a car and to keep you buying with them...
Then look at a Personal loan/cost of losing your cash from savings accounts to fund it.
Clearly HP on the face of it will be cheaper - BUT had you bought brand new you'd certainly have been better off with the more costly PCP Select as residuals have gone through the floor.
