reflashing the ECU by dealer

guys if you go to a dealer and they reflash the ECU at the service do they tell you theyve done it ?Thanks

They will reprogram or encode a control unit but will charge you for doing so...so they will tell you. very rare for a dealer to do something for free(unless they cocked something up).


The only time they may neglect to tell you is if the vehicle had a quality enhancement carried out. they should still say whats been carried out though.
