Interior parts for E46 M3 - advice

Well lads, i have a 2002 M3, i would like to tidy up the interior as the prevoious owner had (Long Nails)


the manual gear stick is worn
The steering wheel is showning wear
The centre console around the gear stick has deep scratches
Plastic around the drivers door handly has very deep scratches
Shoulder on leather front drivers seat is worn

I would like to replace some or all of the above, can anyone advise me what i can do, or where i can go to get some of these bits.

My car looks fresh from the out side, but feels worn out when i,m sitting in it.

Please help

Another route would be a parts finder site, also the first 2 breakers i do know sell new parts too so worth a look!
I've used quarry a couple of times and they were very good and reasonable on price
