Well I do ( athough I have my wife's car and a banger
as a back up. )
School runs, work trips to airports, days out,
meetings, it does it all for me.
However, you don't really want to be doing 15-20,000
miles per year in one due to the service costs.
Go create some weather...

I will probably only be doing 6k a year
That's what I said but did 9K in 6 months!! You'll see bobby boy. I use it whenever it's dry and I'm sober.
Seriously though, you can use her as whatever you like as long as you look after her, treat her with respect and don't mind the costs involved for fuel, servicing, tyres etc etc..
I use mine as my every day car & it has only stopped once in 2.5 years - that was on my drive when the clutch gave up on me. I use it in all weathers except snow, although you do need to take it a little steadier in the frost ! I think the regular use helps with the reliability. I cover about 6k per year so the fuel costs aren't too bad, but I've never needed to visit the local garage - the odd niggle that appears has always been able to wait until next service as there's never been anything serious ( touch wood !)
Go for it - it's worth it !

This is great, I was just thinking the same thing !
I have a 3.0 X-Type Jag for work and a 300bhp MR2 Turbo for weekends, but I'd rather have just one car.
Can the Cerbera really be used in all weathers ? Snow, rain, etc. ?
And how bad will the servicingmaintenance costs be on 'say' 15000 miles per annum ?
Muchos grassiarse.

15000 miles a year?
IMHO don't go there. It will cost a fortune in servicing and petrol alone, and that is assuming nothing goes wrong. You can reasonably assume things like clutches will wear out making it even more expensive.
I agree with people saying if these cars are not used frequently they deteriorate, but only up to a point. Weekend only use is fine and will not ruin the car at all. Everyday use is too much IMHO especially if it involves loads of small journeys, which is not good for any car.
What you should also avoid is garaging the car for extended periods (eg for 3 months over the winter).
