For one, you'll need to swap out the 48mm front stuts for 51mm ones if you want to upgrade.
Then from there, it's up to budget and what you want in a kit?
Also bushes / anti roll bars would need to be considered.
If i remember, GAZ do do a very good kit for the E30.
Best bit of advice though, is go to a meeting and ask some of the guys what they run and what they'd suggest. First hand experience is usually a good way to work out what you're after in setup ability and cost.
