boxster s => need (cheap) new tyres in London
Discussion
Hello...
This has probably been done again and again, but i need advice as to where to get a set of michelin pilot sport new rear tyres for my boxster s 550 spyder.
I think the size is 235/35 zr 18.
Is there anything in particular i need to know when i swap tyres? Like the speed rating?
Not too familiar with all this.
I have looked at michelin pilot sport on www.blackcircles.com and they are 236.58 each fitted... (porsche spec). Expensive or ok? any other alternative?

If you can cope with 30mins on the M4 this this lot will probably give you the best price:
Bracknell Tyre & Battery

I've been using them for years, including a 18" 'N' spec Bridgestone on my Cayman (£170).
Get there early, be prepared to wait. Although there's a greasy spoon over the road!

thumbs up for event tyres!
They came today.
Own van with full equipment (unlike black circles who use third parties for fitting).
The chap Ricky has been doing this for 10 years on most exoticas.
He is very carefull as to not damage anything.
Really-really good and reasonable prices. I would use them with my eyes closed again.
