Ive got a lovely 56 plate GS for sale.
19inch HSE Alloys,Auto, 7 seats etc Full dealer history and still has some warranty on it.

Its my second Discovery 3 and ive never had any bother with them at all hence buying a 2nd one.

Contact me through my profile if you are interested as my new co car turns up in ten days and there is no point me hanging on to this to be parked up.

Regards

My wife has run an 06/56 HSE from new and is very pleased with it. Most of the early niggles were ironed out by march 2006. HSE has all the spec you would ever need. Front diffs do fail but are fixed under warranty. We get 24mph round town, 28 - 30 on a long journey. Having owned both a Cayenne & Q7, the Disco has been by far, the best vehicle for us.

Have a look here http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/index.php

I'd advise getting an HSE as new as possible.

Trade price on my 2006 06 HSE with 58k miles is about £15k! Full list with extras when new would have been over £45k.

There is almost no demand for big 4X4's at the moment, even diesels. So a great time to get a bargain

Agreed, I was anti these type of cars until my wife asked me to drive one.Her 08 model year HSE is a workhorse, minibus, and limo rolled into one. I've never known her to be into a car so much,(she picked it over ALL the alternatives!)and it's very much gonna be a keeper. As someone previuously mentioned they are total bargains at the mo'and I can't praise the www.disco3.co.uk site highly enough for info.My experience of dealers however, thats a different matter :sarcastic:You'll save a fottune (generally) buying outside the LR network.Buy one, it the perfect family car.
