EP CTR - numpty questions!

Evening all, thinking about getting a late previous-generation CTR but do a fair few miles each week (250-300). I'm just wondering a)Can I run one on boggo 95 RON unleaded and b)will a tank last 1 week? (if I don't hit the VTEC zone too often)
Crazy thing is, I owned a pre-facelift model for 6months in 2003 but only had a short journey for work at that time - loved the car but flogged it back to the Main stealer when something "better" came up for sale...

A] Yep, although the occasional tank of super every now & again probably won't do any harm.
B] Depends. If it's a proper mix of driving then it should be there or there abouts. I used to get anywhere between 28 - 32 mpg doing a similar number of miles mixed between m-ways & more local stuff (with some crawling on the m-ways). IIRC the tank is 11 gallons so should be ok.
