How about Scalextric?

Isn't it a bit early for your present list for Santa, Pwig?

Arrrr the poor lads just setting himself goals, which is never a bad thing, I did the same, I wanted a BMW by the time I was 21, and managed it But a TVR, and more to the point a Cerbera by 21 is going to be pushing it on a Car salesmans money, unless you shift a lot of units or work for a TVR dealer
I imagine in 3 years time some Cerberas are going to be in the £10k bracket, but serviceing never gets cheaper so put £3k a year aside to service it, then at 21 Mr Insurance Man is going to want at least £2k off you, so theres £5k of your disposible income gone and you've not had an Optimax (or what ever is available in 3 years time) bill yet
By all means set yourself goals but try to make them achievable

Pwig... I used to have a Rover like you. I now have a 4.2 Cerb. You'll get there...

Don't take the banter to heart... they just haven't had their Sanatogen yet... or in some cases Mescaline... and can't remember being 18 (if you know any nice looking girls around your age...) (ahem...)

However, if you're going to sweat blood selling something apply for a job in the City and sell equities or bonds. Pay you a 20 * more for the same skill set. (Cue torrent of abuse from city traders...)

Pwig....don't you let this lot of nasty old bu99ers get to you....

You just set yourself a target and work to it mate...

It always pays to have a 2 year, 5 year, and 10 year plan....works for us...

Yeah well, if I have 2 years of 20k take home pay (thats if I do badly, 30 more like it cos im great )

20k saved up, if I still on that money, then 5k a year is only 1/4 of my wage, im paying 50% on my rover at the mo!

Very true, along a similar line..........
aim for the stars, hit the sky,
aim for the sky and hit the ground

moral.......always aim high

No harm in it pwig, start taking deposits from your mates for rides in da cerbie now and you might get there even quicker

On the bad side, you may earn £20k but you will take home less (thanks Gordon and Tony). However my glass is half full, so I can assure you that you will be able to pick one up for peanuts in a couple of years time.
