October 2008 winners....

First of all thank you all very much for the entries to this months comp, there were a few that were fighting for the top 3 positions however for me, the strongest entries are below:

Third place: I just love the expression on this one, the eyes are captivating. A really fun photo.



Second place: Very fond of this picture, a bit of imagination. The clarity is also to a very high standard.



First place: The tones in this one is awesome, a very good picture. Having been through the whole pregnancy ordeal with my wife this year, I appreciate the mood captured here. Well done

I like the motivation of shooting for someone else's theme rather than digging some old shot out of my archive. Sometimes I get closer than others but the idea here was... well, I guess if it needs explaining then this is one of the other times.
