Hi all,
First of all apologies - yes another depreciation/residual value thread. However, I was wondering if the Z4M coupe will be more resilient to depreciation due to:

1)I believe they have now stopped manufacturing them and weren’t produced by the bucket load (anyone know how many were made?) i.e. limited supply.
2)A future (if not already) classic as many owners seem to have bought them as a second car ‘for keeps’.
3)The Z3M coupe prices seem to have stabilised around £9-16K.

Your thoughts please!
Warp.

I said this to someone recently, and I think it's true, but not (perhaps) in the short term.

I think the number was 523 imported to the UK. Not far from that figure anyhows.. So they should be quite a rare sight on these roads..

I think you have to think about total Z4 production too.
Even so, I don't think the numbers are so bad!

i wrote one off so its one less anyway wink

agree with the above, i think longer term they may have more solid residuals, though short term i think they'll keep coming down with the rest of the perf car market frown

I just wish i hadn't of bought my second one in July another 4 months later and i'd have had an extra 3-4k in my pocket.... oh well live and learn, at least i didn't buy that Cayman S for £34k!! ouch that would hurt :O
