Mondeo 07 diesel, more power?

Hiya, one of our mondeo diesel compnay cars has just been changed from an 05 130ps to the latest 1.8 125ps diesel. the new one seems a bit flat compared to the old one, more like a revvy 16v petrol. the old one was great in any gear, but hes up and down the box all the time and the guy is looking for a bit more poke too. now being a company car and having only done 9k miles, we dont want to bugger up the warranty, but im sure somewhere i read Ford had endorsed a range of plug'n'play chip conversions, possibly Blue Fin?
